To make account transfer and recovery easier, please upgrade to the latest version, and link your account to Facebook or sign up with ATA in the game.
If you forget your ATA password, you can reset it here.
If you need further assistance, please email with your username in Kingdoms at War, and UDIDs for both your new and old devices.

How do I find my UDID?

Connect your iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad to your computer.
In iTunes, select your iPhone/iPod Touch/iPad from the DEVICES list.
Select the Summary tab.
Click on the entry labeled Serial Number. The entry will change to Identifier and display your device's UDID.
To copy your device's UDID, open the Edit menu and select Copy.
Paste the UDID above.
